Pillow bag is the classic bag shape off the flat packaging material web.
The packaging material is guided over the format shoulder, formed directly around the format tube and sealed along its length and bottom seam. This is then filled with the product, the bag is closed at the head seam and separated from the film tube. Pillow bag complete!
The pillow bag may furthermore be enhanced with many features, to customise the impact of your product!
A chain of bags with cross perforation is easily realised.
