Purchasing, Price & Payment

Q-1. How can I find out the price of a particular machine that I saw on your website?
A-1 Please fill up the “Request For Quotation” form in our website with all details mentioned on the form. Our marketing department will send to you an offer based on your requirement.
Q-2. What are the prices of your machines?
A-2 The prices of our machines depend on the model of the machine that you are interested in. The price also depends on the additional features and facilities.
Q-3. Does your price include the cost of sending the machine to my country?
A-3 No. We will at first give you an ex-factory or/and (FOB), (FCA) price. You will be informed of the cost of shipping after notifying us of a place of the final destination, and whether you would like to import the machine by sea or by air.
Q-4. What form of payment is acceptable for buying your machines?
A-4 We accept TT with 50% as down payment and the balance 50% before the machine ship out. Bank details will be provided.

Warranty, Service & Spares

Q-1. Does your machine carry any guarantee?

A-1 Yes. Our machines have two-year warrany against any manufacturing defects.

Q-2. What happens if any part is found defective within the warranty period?

A-2 We will replace the part free of charge. You only pay the shipping charges.

Q-3. What happens if the machine does not work?

A-3 We have never faced such situation! But in the most unlikely event that the machine is defective, we will replace the whole machine.

Q-4. Can you send an engineer to set up your machine for us?

A-4 Yes. We can send an engineer to set up our machine in your factory and also train up your people for operation and general maintenance.

Q-5. How much do you charge for that?

A-5 We charge only the actual costs – airfare by the lowest possible ticket, and all local expenses for transportation, accommodation and meals in your country are to be borne by you.

Q-6. If we need the machine to be overhauled after a few years, how can you help us?

A-6 In a few years if you need your machine to be overhauled, you or your technical staff would normally have become familiar enough to do the job yourself. We will offer all the technical support and required spares. If you need the physical presence of our technical staff, that is also possible as written in the previous answer.

Q-7. Do you supply any spares with your machines?

A-7 Yes. We recommend that you should keep a basic inventory of spares and consumables which should last you for about 2 years operation.

 

Installation, Performance

Q-1. How will you install the machine in my factory?

A-1 All our machines are sent fully built up and ready to start. There is no need for installation.

Q-2. How will we learn to use you machine?

A-2 Training period is 2 days. Operator training will be provided by the manufacturer at manufacturer’s factory free of charge. Every machine is sent with a detailed instructions manual which explains in words and pictures how to start, run and maintain the machines.

Q-3. What do we do if we face any problems?

A-3 We are available on the telephone and email for consultations every day of the week for technical assistance to our valued customers.

Q-4. Can you send an engineer to set up your machine for us?

A-5 Yes. We can send an engineer to set up our machine in your factory and also train up your people for operation and general maintenance.

Q-5. How much do you charge for that?

A-5 We charge only the actual costs – airfare by the lowest possible ticket, and all local expenses for transportation, accommodation and meals in your country are to be borne by you.

 

Demontrations & Trial

Q-1. Can we see a machine in operation in our country?

A-1 Maybe, or maybe not. Most of our customers do not like strangers to visit their factories. We face this problem commonly in most countries, and we have to respect the privacy of our customers.

Q-2. Can we visit your production unit in Turkey to see your machines?

A-2 Yes. You are always welcome to visit our production unit in Turkey. Just let us know when you would like to come. We shall advise you on your flight bookings, help with your hotel bookings. While you are in our country, you will be our honored guest.

Q-3. How shall we know if your machines are suitable for our products?

A-3 If you are not sure that your product will be compatible with our machines, you should send a sample of your product to us in Istanbul/Turkey. We shall test the product on our machines and send a report to you by email.

 

Delivery & Shipment

Q-1. Are your machines available ready at your factory, or do we have to wait for delivery ?

A-1 Our machines are always made against specific orders of our customers. So, we do not stock and sell them like in a shop. Once you order the machine, we start the manufacturing process.

Q-2. How long do we have to wait?

A-2 It depends on the complexity of the machine which you order. Generally for a standard machine you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks.

Q-3. How long does it take to ship the machine to us by sea?

A-3 It depends on the port to which we ship the machine. When we send our offer to you, we generally can tell you the transit time.

Q-4. Can you send the machine to us by air?

A-4 Yes. It is expensive, but many of our customers take the machines by sea-freight because it is cheaper.

 

Packing & Packaging Metarials

Q-1. Can you recommend suitable packaging film for our products, which we can use on your machines?

A-1 Yes. We can recommend suitable packaging materials which are compatible with your product and also with our machine.

Q-2. Can you recommend the correct sizes of the required packaging materials?

A-2 Yes. If we know how much of your product you want to pack in each sachet, we can calculate the ideal sizes for the packaging materials, which will be compatible with the machine for most economical production.

Q-3. Can you design our packaging and supply the printed materials?

A-3 No, but we recommend some suppliers.

Q-4. What about the shipment packing?

A-4 We are using standard export packing materials. For Europe and Australia: we are using fumigated wooden case; North America, South America and Africa: we are using three-ply wooden case or fumigated wooden case; Asia: wooden case or three-ply wooden case.
